Introduced in 2000 and upgraded in 2002, the commercial line Tennis Ball Machines  have proven to be the ideal companion for a club or hard-core tennis player.   With ball delivery topping out at 90+ mph and a feed rate range of 1.4 to 8 seconds, the commercial models can deliver top and back spin that challenge the toughest player.  Both models allow control of the feed rate, ball delivery speed, and top/back spin.  With a 250+ ball capacity and manual elevation, the commercial line runs on 120 AC only (240VAC is available, but must be ordered by phone to ensure correct power configuration). 

What makes SAM Commercial machines unique is that the balls are ejected from the machine at least 30" from the court surface.  (Most other commercial machines are ejecting the ball at ~12-16" from the court.)  The result is:

1. a more realistic ball trajectory that is similar to what you would experience in a game

2. more useable court for the machine (When the ball leaves the machine, it doesn't need to climb much to get over the net.  Therefore, it can drop closer to the service line and as a result provides considerably more variety in shot sequences.

The SAM® Coach Commercial Machine offers a digital control panel and 6 shots with 7 positions, thus allowing two double line drills using the service and the advantage areas.  With a standard one-function wireless remote, it is the perfect teaching aide for a coach.  It offers programmed or random capabilities.
