                      BALL MACHINE DEMONSTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean SAMsports International of PO Box 289, Glenroy, Victoria, Australia, 3046, and "you" means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

FEES AND PARTICULARS:

· A demonstration fee of $150.00 (Melbourne Metropolitan area) and $250 (Country Victoria) is payable at the time of booking the demonstration session by cheque, direct deposit or credit card.

· If you reside outside these areas please contact sales@samsports.com.au for your demonstration fee.

· This fee is non negotiable and part payments are not accepted.

· The payment of these fees are non refundable should you decide not to purchase products from SAMsports.

· In the event you place an order for a product from SAMsports the full amount of your demonstration fee will be deducted from the total sale price of the product. THIS OFFER IS VALID 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DEMONSTRATION.

· The location of the demonstration is to take place on a suitable tennis court surface (not on gravel type surfaces as found at local schools that convert their netball/basketball courts to tennis courts) within 5km of your residential address. The location of the tennis court is to be confirmed by you and subject to approval by SAMsports team and management.

· The SAM SP4 is the demonstration machine that will be used. The SAM SP4 can demonstrate the features of the SAM SP1 and the SAM SP3. The SAM SP4 is the only model available to be shown for demonstrations at this time. However, as soon as other machines are made available to us they will also be introduced to the demonstration range.

· The demonstration will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete of which you are completely involved with every aspect of the demonstration including the operation of the SAM SP4 and all hitting positions such as net volleys and the overhead lob.

· SAMsports demonstration staff will take you through all technical specifications of the SAM SP4 as well as guide you through the process to assist you in selecting the correct ball machine for your present and future playing levels.

· SAMsports demonstration staff will endeavour to answer all relevant questions on the day of the demonstration of the SAM SP4. However, in the event the demonstration staff member is unable to answer your question the demonstration staff member will remedy this within 24-48 hours from the date of the demonstration.

· Once the demonstration is complete you have the opportunity to place your order for your chosen machine.

· A 75% deposit is required to initiate the order with the balance to be paid prior to the shipment of the machine.

· SAMsports accepts payments by cash, credit card and cheque however standard clearance times apply to cheques. Mobile EFTPOS facilities will also be available for your convenience.

· You will be issued with a receipt for your deposit as well as a sale of goods agreement as your proof of purchase.

· Upon delivery of your machine you will be issued with a final tax invoice.

· All manufacturer warranties are taken care of by SAMsports direct and the duration of the warranty is as per product specifications on our website http://www.samsports.com.au/

· Please allow 5-10 working days from date of purchase for delivery of your product. Subject to stock availability at our warehouse and the manufacturer.

· These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
